Q. What is the procedure for move-in/move-out?
A. Prior to moving in a copy of your lease signed by the owner & the tenant is required. All move-ins, move-outs and deliveries, must be scheduled with the Property Management office. Please call the office at 561-837-9857 to schedule. A $500 refundable moving deposit is also required before you begin your move. Moves may be accommodated Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please be sure that vehicles or trucks accommodating your move do not obstruct any parking areas.
Q. Is there guest parking?
A. All guest must obtain a guest parking permit in order to park in our guest spaces. Passes are available on a first come first serve basis. You can obtain a pass from the front desk at the clubhouse 7 days a week from 8am-12midnight. Anyone parked in a guest space without a parking pass will be towed at owner’s expense without notice. Guest spaces are for guest only.
Q. How many parking spaces come with each unit?
A. All units have one assigned parking space. Please inform the front desk if someone parks in your assigned space. The front desk will give you an alternative space to park in. Do not park in someone else’s space or you will be towed. . All vehicles must have a parking permit provided by management.
Q. Are there any additional spaces available?
A. If you have a second vehicle and would like to rent a space, limited spaces are available on a first come first serve basis. Please contact the management office.
Q. Can I purchase additional access devices?
A. Additional clickers and access cards are available for purchase at the management office. The cards are $50 and the clickers are $75. Payment must be in a form of a check and it’s non-refundable.
Q. Where do I throw my trash?
A. There is a trash room on each floor at the end of the hallway. Please place your trash in the garbage chute at all times. Do not leave your trash on the floor. Recycling- Bins are available between Bldg 780 & 720(by the pool). Recycling baskets are available to carry your recycles to the recycling bins. There are also recycling bins available on each floor of the garage near the 630 building. Do not leave recycle bins in the trash rooms.
Q. How do I add my name to the call box?
A. If you would like to have your name added to the call box please provide management with a local telephone number so that you can let your guest in through the gate. Your last name will be added and a code will be assigned to you. When your guest rings you on the directory box, press 9 on your phone it opens the gate.
Q. Where can I pick up my packages?
A. You can pick up your packages at the front desk located in the clubhouse. The front desk will contact you and we will hold your packages no more than 1 week. If your name is not listed in our system as a resident, your package will be returned. Limited storage space available.
Q. Can the clubhouse be reserved for private events?
A. Yes, if you would like to reserve the clubhouse, please contact the management office for reservation fee or stop by the office.
